At the Martha Farrell Foundation, we work with women and girls to strengthen their leadership, confidence, and agency to demand safe spaces and hold institutions accountable. Every contribution goes towards enabling them to lead, speak up, and claim their rights. We also work with educational institutions, workplaces, and communities to strengthen systems, policies, and capacities that foster safe, inclusive, and equitable learning and working spaces for all.
