Empanelled by Ministry of Women and Child Development, GOI
We work with schools, colleges and HEIs to redefine pedagogy and develop curriculums focused on gender mainstreaming, and strengthen institutional policies to make campuses safe for women.
We conduct sensitisation workshops and trainings for industrial workers, contractors and employers such that it intersects with occupational health and safety at the workplace as well as achieve meaningful compliance with the SHW Act.
We capacitate government agencies and stakeholders to strengthen the framework around SHW redressal in public institutions.
We work with our partners and resource organisations to ensure that development workers feel safe and supported in an environment conducive for work.
Through a combination of participatory research, capacity building, awareness generation and advocacy, we advance the rights of women in the informal sector in securing justice and dignity in their unorganised workplace.
We offer end-to-end compliance with the SHW Act for corporations to promote gender-equal and gender-fair workplaces for all their employees, and to be accountable in case of violations.
